The gap between what AI is claimed to do and what it will actually do for your business is enormous, and most of the advice on offer comes from someone with a product to sell. NSCI is independent. We tell you where AI genuinely adds value, where it does not, and what it will cost and return. Then, if it stacks up, we implement it end to end and make sure your team actually uses it.
From first honest assessment to a system your team actually runs.

When AI is the wrong answer
We have advised a client against building the AI product we could have been paid to help build, because the cost, the risk and the fit were all wrong for their business. When their vendor moved to exit the market and terminate the contract, the client’s instinct was to build a replacement in-house. We advised open dialogue instead, repositioning the client’s operational data and feedback as valuable to the vendor. The vendor kept them on, and the service continues today without a dollar of capital outlay. That is what independent advice looks like.
Why a neuroscientist for AI?
Because every AI system has a human on both sides of it. Staff who must trust it enough to use it, and customers who must trust it enough to keep buying. Our background in neuroscience and psychology means the human side of AI, adoption, trust and behaviour change, is designed rather than hoped for.
We will take the time to understand your business and give you honest guidance on next steps. No obligation, no jargon, no hard sell.
